The high-quality covers ER A, ER AB, ER AH and ER AK from Maico provide the perfect finish and the central operating and control unit for your ER EC single room ventilation system. These covers are not only easy to install and adjust but also ready for immediate use. They are pre-programmed ex works for basic load operation with 30 m³/h, with an optional (light) switch enabling the switch to full load operation with 60 m³/h. Special models such as ER AB and ER AH offer barrier-free use thanks to integrated motion or humidity sensors.

Flexible operating parameter configuration
For covers ER AB, AH, and AK, touch controls allow individual adjustment of important parameters such as switch-on delay, airflow rate, interval time, and run-on time.

Automated humidity control (ER AH)
The ER AH model continuously monitors the room's humidity and automatically adjusts the fan speed. When humidity rises, the device steplessly increases its speed; when the reference value is undershot, the run-on mode begins.
This ensures a consistently pleasant room climate and effectively prevents mold formation by efficiently removing excess moisture.
Motion detector function (ER AB)
The ER AB cover automatically activates the ER EC unit to full load when motion is detected and switches off again after a preset run-on time when no further motion is registered.
This intelligent function ensures demand-controlled ventilation in frequently used areas such as bathrooms or hallways and contributes to energy efficiency.
